HATHA YOGA in English
Hatha Yoga is an ideal exercise for everybody who wants to stretch the body, calm the mind and release everyday stress. You are going to practice yoga positions (asanas), work with breathing (pranayama) and relax both the body and the mind.
Thanks to regular practicing you are going to dissolve the physical and mental obstacles and restore life balance and awareness.
